GENERAL CONDITIONS

These general terms and conditions apply to all quotations and agreements as well as all products and services supplied by ladydeluxe.shop. By placing your order you indicate that you agree to the delivery and/or payment conditions.

General

These delivery conditions apply to the conclusion, content and fulfillment of all agreements concluded between the buyer and ladydeluxe.shop. General (purchasing) conditions of the buyer do not apply to these agreements, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Chamber of Commerce Number

ladydeluxe.shop is registered with the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague under number: 94441952.

VAT Number 

LadyDeluxe is a webshop of D.R.R. Commerce. Our VAT number is NL866778640B01.

Definitions

In these terms and conditions of delivery, buyer is defined as: the natural or legal person who has instructed ladydeluxe.shop to deliver products or to carry out work.

Agreements

An agreement is only concluded when LadyDeluxe has accepted your order.

Bonus size not standard

Some images show bonus sizes. We always send standard sizes, unless bonus sizes are in stock.

Product with a NEW LOOK

It is becoming increasingly common for manufacturers to renew their labels.

As a result, you may receive a product with a New Look that differs from the image shown on the website. Photos are not adjusted with every change. Innovation happens too often and it is impossible to keep up with so many products. If you are looking for an old image, please send an email first so that we can check it for you.

Images and specifications

All images on the site are for example purposes only and no rights can be derived from them. 

Hair color schemes may differ due to camera flash light.

You can always request some photos of a braided hair by e-mail to get a better idea.

Expiration date

Some hair products have an expiration date and some do not. Or it only has a batch number on it.

The manufacturer decides what it says, not us. We do not guarantee that there will always be something on it.

If you want to be sure, send an email and we can check the expiration date for you.

Once it has been sent and if you want to return it, the costs are at your expense.

Basic rule:

If a product has a shelf life of less than 30 months after opening, it often has an expiration date.

If a product has a shelf life of more than 30 months, it does not need to have a specific date on it.

There may also be a symbol, for example an open jar showing how long the product will remain good after it has been opened.

We will not take back a product that has been opened.

A product that has not been opened may be returned. (within term)

The return costs are the buyer's responsibility. 

Sometimes there is a date on a product and sometimes not, but unfortunately we have no control over that.

Product not in stock

If we do not have a product in stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. If subsequent delivery is no longer possible, you will be notified and the order will be cancelled. In that case, payments made will be returned to the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 working days after cancellation.

Inventory management not active

In addition to the webshop, we also have other sales channels, such as a wholesaler for resellers and a store for private individuals. This means that some products may be out of stock more quickly, while they are still active on the site. We do our utmost to keep the stock up to date. If you order a product that is unfortunately out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. You then have the choice to wait or cancel the order.

Return purchase

Your order will be processed with the greatest accuracy by ladydeluxe.shop.

If you are unexpectedly not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order.

The costs of returns are borne by the buyer.

You can return your items via the post office.

You must notify LadyDeluxe by email within 24 hours.

You can then return the products within 14 working days.

After receiving the return shipment, the order amount will be refunded to your bank or giro account within 5 working days.

We will not return the amount if it appears:

- missing original labels

- products are open and/or used

- packaging is damaged

All products that fall under MAKE-UP cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

Wrong address provided?

We assume that the address details on the order have been entered correctly.

If we receive the package back because the address is incorrect, there are 2 options:

- you pay the shipping costs again so that we can resend your order.

- you cancel the entire order. We will then return the total amount minus the shipping costs incurred.

Received the wrong product?

LadyDeluxe does everything it can to ship your order as best as possible. In the unlikely event that an incorrect product has been delivered, the buyer must notify us by e-mail within 24 hours.

LadyDeluxe will contact the buyer and work towards the right solution.

If the products in question need to be returned, the shipping costs will be borne by LadyDeluxe.

Composition of the product is incorrect, smell, color, etc.

Products are regularly renewed. We do not keep track of the composition of the products. 

If you want to know whether a composition is still correct, you may be able to find information on the manufacturer's website.

If you have ordered a product and you discover that the composition has changed, we will no longer take the product back if it has been used and/or opened. LadyDeluxe is a seller and not the manufacturer.

If you are dissatisfied with a product, color, smell, etc., you can file a complaint with the manufacturer. Information is on the product or on the box.

Third party shipping

Orders are not delivered by LadyDeluxe, but by external partners such as DHL.

LadyDeluxe is not liable for loss during delivery by third parties.

Order not received

Orders are fulfilled by an external company. 

When shipping we use the basic rate of 6.95. However, this does not insure your order.

If you would like to insure your order against loss, you can send us an email.

We will then email you a new shipping rate for packages with insurance.

Once we have delivered your order to the carrier company, you will receive a track and trace code from them by email. With this code you can track your package.

If something goes wrong with your package in the meantime, such as:

- delivered to wrong address

- not delivered; 

- lost, delivery gone wrong in the broadest sense of the word, LadyDeluxe is not liable for this and the purchase amount will not be returned.

If you want to avoid these types of annoying situations, you can choose to have your order sent by registered/insured mail. For more information please send us an email.

Return the order, do not collect it at a collection point and/or cancel the order

Shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.

Example 1. you buy under 45.00 The package has been sent, but you do not pick it up at the collection point, refuse to accept it and/or you want to cancel the purchase. We will credit the purchase amount minus the shipping costs that have already been incurred. 

Example 2. Free shipping above 45.00, then the shipping costs are borne by us.

But you do not collect your package, refuse to accept it and/or you want to cancel the order. We will credit the purchase amount, minus the shipping costs of 6.95 (NL) that we have incurred.

Samples

ladydeluxe.shop voluntarily sends a sample and cannot be made obligatory in any way. Samples will be sent while supplies last.

Free Sample payment

Some samples may say Free, but that does not mean that the products can by definition also be offered for Free.

Samples come from abroad. If it says Free, it does not mean that the entire logistics was also for Free.

There are costs associated with being able to offer these products, such as transport costs, storage costs, administration costs and handling costs in the broadest sense of the word. These costs determine the sales price of the samples.

In short: Samples that say Free will not be received for Free. They will not appear on the site for Free. The total costs, time and effort ultimately together determine the sales price.

Not liable

The buyer must apply the products to the product according to the instructions indicated. Information on the site is only a brief explanation and ladydeluxe.shop cannot be held liable.

LadyDeluxe is not liable for any irritation to your skin after using hair products and for any hair damage or hair loss after using hair products.

We always advise you to first read the instructions for use carefully and, if in doubt, consult your doctor.

Interim dissolution of the agreement

In the event of premature termination, ladydeluxe.shop is entitled, in addition to reimbursement of costs incurred, to a portion of the total compensation to be determined reasonably,

taking into account the work already performed and the benefit that the buyer receives from it.

Retention of title

The goods delivered by ladydeluxe.shop remain its property until all claims of ladydeluxe.shop have been paid in full.

LadyDeluxe cancels the order itself.

ladydeluxe.shop reserves the right not to accept orders or assignments without stating a reason.

ladydeluxe.shop reserves the right not to accept orders from customers who misbehave.

Orders are processed and handled as stated in the conditions.

In this case, the amount of the refused order will be refunded within 10 working days.

Typos

Any typing or scanning errors in product data, product application or prices are expressly reserved and cannot be invoked against ladydeluxe.shop.

LadyDeluxe can cancel the order if they find that the price on the site does not match the product. The amount will be returned to the customer as soon as possible.

Products with € 0.00 cannot yet be ordered

You may see €0.00 for a product on the site.

I.e. that the product is out of stock or that it still needs to be imported. We don't sell anything for €0.00.

You can request the price of the product by e-mail at any time.

Image copying not allowed

It is not allowed to copy photos without permission. 

Applicable law

All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as these Terms and Conditions, are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Privacy statement

ladydeluxe.shop treats your personal data with the utmost care.

Your order information will only be used for internal purposes. The data will not be made available to third parties in any way.
